Transfers

MLS side Philadelphia Union have paid an undisclosed fee of £245,000 to sign Kilmarnock defender Stuart Findlay.

DC United's Venezuelan forward Gelmin Rivas has made a free transfer move to Iraqi side Al-Shorta SC.

Injury Round-Up

Nottingham Forest midfielder Marcus McGuane's loan to Oxford United has ended early after the 22 year old was ruled out for the rest of the season with a recurrence of a thigh problem. The former Arsenal and Barcelona player faces 12 weeks on the sidelines.

Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Kieran Westwood is out after it was discovered he had a fractured rib. The 36 year old wrote on social media: "I've been playing with a pain in my ribs for the past two weeks which I put down to being bruised. Football is a contact sport and unfortunately these things happen."

Managerial Changes

Bournemouth have appointed Joe Jordan and Gary O'Neil as first team coaches to help new head coach Jonathan 'Village' Woodgate (village was his nickname as a player because he is an idiot, which does make him seem an odd choice to become a manager). Jordan, who is probably best known in recent times for working with Harry Redknapp, or maybe for his staredown for Gennaro Gattuso, worked alongside Woodgate at Middlesbrough last season. O'Neil was recruited from Liverpool's academy.

Legendary former Arsenal, Juventus and Barcelona forward Thierry Henry has resigned as manager of Major League Soccer's CF Montreal. Henry said: "Due to the worldwide pandemic I was unable to see my children. Unfortunately due to the ongoing restrictions and the fact that we will have to relocate to the US again for several months (at least) [the situation] will be no different. The separation is too big a strain for me and my kids." Henry is returning to his family home in London.

Disciplinary Charges

Fleetwood Town and Charlton Athletic have been fined £2,500 each after a melee between the two sets of players during Saturday's 1-1 draw.
