Football News: Neilson secures hat trick of trophies

Heart of Midlothian manager Robbie Neilson has picked up his third Scottish Championship manager of the month award of the season.

Already having won in August and October, Neilson has now added November's award to his trophy cabinet, following Hearts picking up three wins in three matches.

Those three wins over Raith Rovers, Rangers and Falkirk lifted Hearts nine points clear at the top of the table.

Neilson is in his first managerial role and has now won three out of four manager of the month awards with just Hibernian boss Alan Stubbs' win in September stopping there being a clean sweep of trophies for the rookie boss.

While Hearts league form is impressive, they are still unbeaten after 15 matches, they are out of all 3 cup competitions, which is the only blot on Neilson's copybook so far.
