Tottenham Hotspur have revamped their youth structure bringing in their former midfielder Ryan Mason as coach of the under-19 UEFA Youth League side. Paris Saint-Germain have said they are going to take "appropriate action" against Neymar after he failed to report for the first day of pre-season training. A club statement read: "Paris St-Germain notes that Neymar Jr was not in attendance at the agreed time and place. This was without the club's prior authorisation. The club regrets this situation." Fox Sports Brazil quote Neymar Sr as saying: "The reason was known and planned for a year as part of his activities for the Neymar Institute. We couldn't postpone them and he will return [to PSG] on 15 July." It seems likely that they are just paving the way for the Brazilian to leave as sporting director Leonardo has said that Neymar can go if they receive "an offer that suits everyone".
