Stags Terminate Donohue

Following a disciplinary investigation by Mansfield Town, midfielder Dion Donohue has had his contract terminated over an incident that saw Donohue and fellow Mansfield player Jacob Mellis arrested in August. A club statement read: "Following the conclusion of the club's disciplinary investigation, Mansfield Town and midfielder Dion Donohue have agreed that his contract with the club will be terminated with immediate effect."

Scotland Revise Squad

After Norwich City's Grant Hanley and Sheffield Wednesday's Liam Palmer withdrew from the squad, Scotland manager Steve Clarke has called up Aberdeen's Mikey Devlon and Sheffield Wednesday's David Bates to replace them.

Celtic Face UEFA Charges

UEFA have charged Celtic with offences related to fans setting off fireworks and throwing objects in the second leg of their play-off match in the Europa League versus AIK Stockholm. Celtic have claimed that disturbances in the crowd were due to fans of rival Swedish club Hammarby infiltrating the crowd.
